Accessibility

Access Should Be Built In.

SwornX is committed to making our website and platform usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we welcome direct feedback when something creates a barrier.

Updated August 15, 2026

01

Our Approach

We aim to design, develop, and maintain SwornX with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as our reference. This is a continuing process rather than a claim that every page, feature, document, or third-party service is free of accessibility barriers.

Accessibility considerations are included in design, development, content review, and quality assurance. We prioritize core tasks such as navigating the site, reading product information, requesting an evaluation, signing in, asking a question, reviewing a response, and opening supporting sources.

02

Accessibility Practices

Our accessibility work includes attention to:

  • Semantic page structure, headings, landmarks, and meaningful link text.
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive controls.
  • Labels, instructions, and understandable status or error messages for forms.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative-image handling.
  • Readable color contrast without relying on color alone to convey meaning.
  • Browser zoom, responsive layouts, text resizing, and reduced-motion settings.
  • Compatibility testing with commonly used browsers and assistive technology.
03

Documents and External Sources

SwornX may display or link to customer-provided documents, government publications, court opinions, statutes, forms, and other third-party material. The accessibility of those materials may vary because SwornX does not always create or control the underlying source.

When a source or document is difficult to use, contact us or your organization's administrator. We will work with the appropriate party to identify an available alternative or a reasonable way to access the information.

04

Request Assistance or Report a Barrier

If you have difficulty using the SwornX website or platform, email admin@swornx.com with the subject “Accessibility.” If possible, include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.

We will review the issue, communicate with you as appropriate, and work toward an accessible solution or reasonable alternative. Accessibility feedback will not affect access to an evaluation, support, or service.

05

Procurement and Conformance Information

Public-sector organizations may have specific accessibility requirements for websites, software, electronic content, or procurement. Agency representatives may contact us to discuss those requirements or request current information about SwornX's accessibility review and conformance work.

This statement will be updated as the platform evolves, testing expands, and formal conformance documentation becomes available.
