This notice applies to swornx.com and information submitted through the public website. Information processed within the SwornX platform is governed by the applicable customer agreement and related data-processing terms.

If you contact us or request an evaluation, we may collect your name, organization, work contact information, and message. We may also collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs, to operate and protect the website.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested product or procurement information, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Customer-provided content and platform activity are handled according to the customer's agreement, configured access controls, and applicable data-processing terms.
