This notice applies to swornx.com and information submitted through the public website. Information processed within the SwornX platform is governed by the applicable customer agreement and related data-processing terms.

If you contact us or request an evaluation, we may collect your name, organization, work contact information, and message. We may also collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested product or procurement information, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may share information with contracted providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, security, and form processing; when you direct us to; or when legally required.

Retention

We retain website inquiries and technical records only as long as reasonably necessary for business, security, and legal purposes.

Do not include sensitive, case-specific, or operational information in the public contact form.

Google reCAPTCHA may process technical information to protect form submissions. Google's handling of that information is governed by its Privacy Policy and Terms.

Platform information

Customer-provided content and platform activity are handled according to the customer's agreement, configured access controls, and applicable data-processing terms.

SwornX generates responses only from source material made available within the authorized SwornX environment. This may include organization-uploaded documents and SwornX-maintained legal or operational sources enabled for that organization.

SwornX uses third-party infrastructure and AI service providers to operate the platform. When generating an answer, the current question and selected source excerpts needed for that request may be transmitted for processing.
